40 sqm (430 sq ft) one room studio apartment for max. 3 guests on the third floor of an apartment building with elevator - the windows are faceing to the inner courtyard, so the apartment is quiet.

Location: Corner of Üllői út street at Páva utca Street, Downtown peripheral area between Budapest Airtport and Town Center. Only 250 m away from metro station "Corvin-negyed" at Ferenc körút Road.

Best supplement around the first corner. The grocery store Aldi is open daily for 7 AM till 10 PM, 7 days a week. - The shopping mall corvin is just opposit to the house at Üllöi út street.

The apartment:
two guest may sleep on the 9 qm (97 sq ft) large galery and a third person may sleep on the large couch under it - maybe preferable for a small family.

2 TV sets with cable antenna provides satellite channels.

Kitchen: lately fully equipped small kitchen in modern look (refrigerator, gas oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine).

Bathroom: short bath tube, bath tube, toilet, bidet.

Further equipments: iron, broom and vaquum cleaner.

There are parking ticket automats installed in the whole area, they have to be used from 8 AM till 6 PM on working days. Till now there is a guarded parking lot in the neighbourhood and about 300 meters away is a parking house, beside the grocery store "spar" at the corner of Mester utca Street.

tramway Public transportation: the station "Ferenc körút" of the metro line 3 at Üllöi út road is located only two short corners away and here is also the station of the streetcar N° 4 and 6 on the main Ringroad. Some night buses gon on this Ringroad too.

Payments: 15% for reservation & owners safety before booking, rest payment in the apartment for receiving the apartment key.
Deposit: 100,- Euro deposit for taking precautions against damages in the apartment. This will be usually paid back fully, if there is no havary untill the guests leave the apartment. This caution deposit is nessessery, to ensure you won´t take the keys with, after living tha apartment.

Send us your inquiry and tell us, which apartment you wish to rent for your journey. To do this, send us an inquiry e-mail. Your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours. Because we are in Budapest, you can ask and tell us more about your yourney.	We check your inquiry and see if the desired apartment is free for the time of your desired journey. If free, we will send you the quota. If not free, we will try to send you a quota for an alternative apartment, referring to your data information. To do so, it is useful to know as many as possible from the reason of your journey.	You fix the reservation by making a pay down by money transfer. After we recognised your pay down, we will send an apartment voucher with all necessary data you need to occupy the apartment and receive the keys, such as contact person, address & contact address to make your date with landlord. Your reservation fee will be fully included in the final calculation.
We do not keep personal data and never give it to third. Your personal data will be deleted after your journey is over.

Our Airport Transfer Service may take up to 3 people from the airport lobby to our holiday apartments for a pre arranged fixed price of 24,- euro in one direction. 4-11 guests could be taken to their apartment for additional 9,- euro each.

For this service we will have to obtain information about your flight N° and landing time. These informations are required, because Budapest has two different airports in 5 km distance of one another. The drive to your apartment in the Center of Budapest may take at least 30 minutes, depending on traffic situation.

Mobile Broadband Internet everywhere in Hungary: Your Budapest stay with your laptop will be more familiar by using our mobile broadband modem, that downloads files in all major hungarian cities at ADSL-speed (at least 3,6 Mbit/s - more and more 7,2 Mbit/s). To use your laptop for phone calls, you have to insttall some phone software again.

Visiting worth places in the neighbouring area

Central location at Downtown peripherie & best supplement
The next metro station "Corvin-negyed" at Ferenc körút is about 250 meters away. The large grocery market Aldi is just around the first corner and is open daily 7 AM till 10 PM 7 days a week.

The next synagogue and the Holocoust Museum are located about 200 meters away in the Páva utca Street.

The cinema Corvin is famous, because the heavyest fights of the revolution in 1956 were carried out in this area. This movie is shows many première, even hollywood movies.

The Museum of Applied Arts is located on the other side of the a Ferenc körút Ringroad, maybe 3 or 4 minutes walk away from the house.

The National Museum is located one metro station away at Kálvin tér Square.

The calvinist evangelical Bible Museum is located in the Ráday utca Street also at Kálvin tér Square. One of its famous exhibit is the first translation of the Bible into Hungarian language.

Since the 27th october 2010 you find the new shopping mall "Corvin" opposit to this apartment building, just behind the first corner, in the pedestrian walking street "Corvin sétány", just behind the since 1956 historically famous movie Corvin. The shopping area is streched over 853 acres on 4 floors. It is very closed and you may walk there in a few minutes.

The Opera
The Big Market Hall is located a short walk or a very short metro station away from Kálvin tér Square, closed to the river Danube, maybe 15 minutes walk away from the house.

On the way to the Kálvin tér Square is the Semmelweiss University located. - In the other direction are the clinic buildings of the University located. The best way to reach them is a short walk.
