1-bedroom 57sqm (613 sq ft) apartment with 14sqm balcony for ma x. 3 people on the second floor of a new apartment building with elevator.

Location: 11th district of Budapest, corner of Fehérvári út & Prielle Kornélia utca, closed to the southern "Lágymányosi" bridge. One tramstation away is the market place "Fehérvári úti" and the large shopping mall "Allee" is also closed to the house. two tramstation away is Móricz Zsigmond Square. The Budapest University has some technical departments nearby. You find some entertainment in conversable localities in the neighboring area.

The bedroom is equipped for 2 guests. Two single bed may be put together or divided apart.

The living room is connected to the kitchen:
- dining table,
- pull out sitting room suite - convenient for a third person,
- SAT-TV.

Kitchen: comfortable built in kitchen with a dining table with sitting chairs. Fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, large refrigerator, etc.

Bathroom: bath tube, washing machine

Toilet is in a separate room

Further equipements: iron, broom, vacuum cleaner

You will always find a parking place without charge closed to the house or may rent a garage place in the basement.

Public transfer: About 200 meters away is a tramway for the lines 18, 19, 41 and 47. About 5 minutes or 2 tram stations away is "Moricz Zsigmond" Square located, an intersection with a lot of tram and bus lines and the metro line N° 4 will open a station here pretty soon, probably in 2012.

Payments: 15% for reservation & owners safety before booking, rest payment in the apartment for receiving the apartment key.
Deposit: 100,- Euro deposit for taking precautions against damages in the apartment. This will be usually paid back fully, if there is no havary untill the guests leave the apartment. This caution deposit is nessessery, to ensure you won´t take the keys with, after living the apartment.

Send us your inquiry and tell us, which apartment you wish to rent for your journey. To do this, send us an inquiry e-mail. Your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours. Because we are in Budapest, you can ask and tell us more about your yourney.	We check your inquiry and see if the desired apartment is free for the time of your desired journey. If free, we will send you the quota. If not free, we will try to send you a quota for an alternative apartment, referring to your data information. To do so, it is useful to know as many as possible from the reason of your journey.	You fix the reservation by making a pay down by money transfer. After we recognised your pay down, we will send an apartment voucher with all necessary data you need to occupy the apartment and receive the keys, such as contact person, address & contact address to make your date with landlord. Your reservation fee will be fully included in the final calculation.
We do not keep personal data and never give it to third. Your personal data will be deleted after your journey is over.

Our Airport Transfer Service may take up to 3 people from the airport lobby to our holiday apartments for a pre arranged fixed price of 24,- euro in one direction. 4-11 guests could be taken to their apartment for additional 9,- euro each.

For this service we will have to obtain information about your flight N° and landing time. These informations are required, because Budapest has two different airports in 5 km distance of one another. The drive to your apartment in the Center of Budapest may take at least 30 minutes, depending on traffic situation.

Mobile Broadband Internet everywhere in Hungary: Your Budapest stay with your laptop will be more familiar by using our mobile broadband modem, that downloads files in all major hungarian cities at ADSL-speed (at least 3,6 Mbit/s - more and more 7,2 Mbit/s). To use your laptop for phone calls, you have to insttall some phone software again.

The neighboring area

At Lágymányosi híd bridge you are just opposit to the National Theatre and the Palace of Arts. The Budapest Technical University is located nearby. You find some entertainment in conversable localities in the neighboring area. The large new shopping mall "Allee" is very closed to the house and the market place "Fehérvári úti" is only 4 corners away in this street. The Youth Park offers some entertainments for the younger generation at Petőfi bridge.
