apartment is rented for long

(484 sq feet) two room studio apartment, up to 4
guests on the groundfloor at the quiet inner courtyard of
an older 1920s apartment building with central heating.
Location: Király
utca street, half way
between Oktogon tér and Deák
tér Places, where the zone with pedestrian preference
begins. Nearby, just two
short corner away from this house is the metro station Opera located at
Opera House and the
central metro station
at Deák
tér Square is also close, where all the
three metro lines of Budapest
intersect.

 There
is a king size double bed in the bedroom, connected to the
living room.
The
living room is equipped with a leather sitting set, the large turn over
sofa is also a queen size doule bed for two more guests.
We may also provide a baby bed,
like in all our holiday apartments.

Kitchen:
fully equipped small kitchen with refrigerator,

 It
is hard to find a parking place in this busy City Center area with
ticket automats. There are some parking houses in a short walking
distance.

transportation:
the next metro station ofthe yellow millennium line N° 1 is
only two
short corner away at the Opera on Andrássy boulevard. Some
trolley-bus
lines go in East-West direction in the neighboring streets. Teh tramway
N° 4 and 6 go in North-South direction on the main
Ringroad of the
City, only a short, maybe five minutes walk away.

Clear
up, if the desired apartment is free for your
journey.
To do
this, send us
the inquiry. Please send as many data about your trip as
possible. We will
answer as soon as possible, definitely not later than within
24
hours. If free, we will send you the quota for reservation, that you
may also calculate on the basis of our price table. If the apartment is
not free,
we will try to send you an alternative offer, referring to your data information. Sometimes it may be useful to
know the reason of your journey. By sending you the quota, you will be asked
for a 15% down payment within a short time. This
down payment is necessary for your landlords
security. |
| STEP 2 |
You fix the reservation by making a 15% pay down money transfer.
After we recognised your reservation, we will send you the
voucher with
all the data you need to go to the apartment and receive the keys.
- By
receiving the keys, you pay the rest of your rental and 100
euro deposit, that will be given back in return for the keys, when you
finally leave the apartment. |

do not keep personal data and never give it to third. Your personal
data will be deleted after your journey is over. |

| Our Airport Transfer Service
may take you from
the airport lobby to your holiday apartment at a fixed price
of 24,- euro - on demand. This
is the price for up to 3
people in
one direction. If required, you will be picked up in the
airport terminal lobby. For this service we will have to
obtain information
about your flight N° and
landing time. These
informations are required, because Budapest has two different
airports
in 5 km distance of one another. The drive to your apartment in the
Center ofBudapest may take
at least 30 minutes, depending on traffic situation. |
We offer the Budapest
Card to the
official prices and may
validate it for your Budapest stay on
demand, when you arrive to the apartment. The
Budapest
Card is valid for one adult and an accompanying child (up to 14). With
this card you are permitted to use public transportation (metro,
suburban railway, bus and street car) and you also may
get reduced
prices in museums, hot spas, cerain restaurants, coffee houses
and better stores.

neighboring area

The Opera, (right picture) is
only two short corner, maybe 300 m
away...
...and the Operetta Theatre is located just an
other short corner farther, maybe 500 m away from this house.

  Das
winterliche Bild links zeigt den Oktogon tér Platz, der zu
Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist, wenn man nicht mit der U-Bahnlinie 1 eine kurze Ecke fahren
will. Über
die Andrássy
út Weg erreicht man den Heldenplatz. Man kann am oberen Rand dieses Bildes das
Denkmal am Heldenplatz (Bild rechts) gerade noch erahnen. Im
Mittelpunkt des Heldenplatzes steht das Heldendenkmal. Von der Oper
fährt man zum Heldenplatz, am besten mit der U-Bahnlinie 1.

  Das berühmte kulinarische
Restaurant Gundel und das Széchenyi
Erlebnis- und Heilbad
liegen etwas links direkt
hinter dem
Heldendenkmal, genau eine sehr kurze Haltestelle weiter mit der
U-Bahnlinie 1. In
der großen medizinischen Abteilung bekommt man allerlei
Kurbehandlungen. Gegenüber "Széchenyi" sind die Eingänge zum Zoo,
Vergnügungspark und
Staatszirkus.
Die Burg "Vajdahunyad
Vár" befindet sich rechts hinter dem Heldendenkmal und man
steig aus
der U-Bahnliinie 1 an der gleichen Haltestelle aus, wie zum
Széchenyi
Bad. Das Landwirtschaftsmuseum und eine ständige
Jagdausstellung, ein Muß für Jäger und
Jagdwissenschaftler, befinden sich in diesem Schloß.

  Wenn
man von dieser Ferienwohnung mit
der U-Bahnlinie 1 von der Oper drei kurze Haltestellen in die andere Richtung zum
Vörösmarty tér Platz (Bild links)
fährt, dann steigt
man direkt vor dem
Prunkgebäude der weltberühmten Konditorei Gerbauld
(Foto rechts) aus der U-Bahn. Hier
ist man inmitten der anderen großen Downtown
Fußgengerzone am Anfang
der Fußgänger Einkaufsmeile Váci utca mit
den vielen Cafés, Restaurants
und vornehmen Boutiken. Der Weg zu Fuß von dieser
Ferienwohnung würde
10-15 Minuten dauern. |
