the highest floor of an older brick building. One of the two elevators
works always, even if one of them is out of order. This is a very
nice apartment, bright, spacious with central heating,
equipped with modern furnitures.
Location: In the
very heart of
the city center, at "Blaha Lujza tér" Square,
just opposit
to the Warehouse Corvin. Many larger and smaller shops are located in
this area, even downstairs in the house. See more about the
neighbouring area below.

Room 1:
large living room, nice & bright, aprox.
30 sqm (323 sq feet), can be also used as a living-room, with sitting
set, which opens into a big double bed for 2 guests and an other chair
also opens into a single bed.

area. Stations of the metro N°2, tramways N° 4 and 6,

Clear
up, if the desired apartment is free for your
journey.
To do
this, send us
the inquiry. Please send as many data about your trip as
possible. We will
answer as soon as possible, definitely not later than within
24
hours. If free, we will send you the quota for reservation, that you
may also calculate on the basis of our price table. If the apartment is
not free,
we will try to send you an alternative offer, referring to your data information. Sometimes it may be useful to
know the reason of your journey. By sending you the quota, you will be asked
for a 15% down payment within a short time. This
down payment is necessary for your landlords
security. |
| STEP 2 |
You fix the reservation by making a 15% pay down money transfer.
After we recognised your reservation, we will send you the
voucher with
all the data you need to go to the apartment and receive the keys.
- By
receiving the keys, you pay the rest of your rental and 100
euro deposit, that will be given back in return for the keys, when you
finally leave the apartment. |

do not keep personal data and never give it to third. Your personal
data will be deleted after your journey is over. |

| Our Airport Transfer Service
may take you from
the airport lobby to your holiday apartment at a fixed price
of 24,- euro - on demand. This
is the price for up to 3
people in
one direction. If required, you will be picked up in the
airport terminal lobby. For this service we will have to
obtain information
about your flight N° and
landing time. These
informations are required, because Budapest has two different
airports
in 5 km distance of one another. The drive to your apartment in the
Center ofBudapest may take
at least 30 minutes, depending on traffic situation. |
We offer the Budapest
Card to the
official prices and may
validate it for your Budapest stay on
demand, when you arrive to the apartment. The
Budapest
Card is valid for one adult and an accompanying child (up to 14). With
this card you are permitted to use public transportation (metro,
suburban railway, bus and street car) and you also may
get reduced
prices in museums, hot spas, cerain restaurants, coffee houses
and better stores.

Visiting worth places in the
neighboring area
|
The building is located at
the Metro Station "Blaha
Lujza tér".
One fine store follows the otherin the neighbourng area - this
is
just one of the busiest shopping area in Town Center.
Right
picture: the warehouse "Corvin" is well know in Hungary, it is
just opposit to our house.
Once upon
the time there was a warehouse, they called it Lotto. Today
there
is clothing store in these rooms, a special store for blue jeans
One short
corner away "Emke" was a well known coffee house - today the
"Burger King" at Blaha Lujza tér Square is located
in
their rooms.
There are also many grocery stores in the neighboring area and also a
small store with 24/7 opening hours. Two larger stores are the
"Kaisers" in the warehouse Corvin and the other is "Match" at
the
corner of "Elisabeth körút", the large ringroad
just two
short corners away is
opened every day till 9 PM.

Just a
corner away is the famous historic Coffee
House New York, also called Hungaria, that
was opened in 1894 and operated on the ground floor of the Palace New
York. It´s rich and eclectic decorations are one of the most
interesting classical interior among the reataurants in Budapest. Now
the New York Coffee house belongs to the five-star-hotel
Boscolo, they completly reconstructed the whole building about 2007.
They play music In the basement restaurant to supper time.

The Big
Synagogue with 3.000 seats is located only one metro
station away at Astoria Station. This is the largest
synagogue in Europe and the second largest of all functioning
Synagogues in the world. The Jewish
Museum is located next door.

  From
Astoria metro station towards to the Elisabeth (Erzsébet)
bridge is the "Váci utca" street
(picture left), the famous downtown pedestrian walkway full of small
shops, fine coffee houses and restaurants.
In the
opposite direction, also one metro station away is the Eastern
Railway Station (picture right), a huge
neo-renaissance building, opened in 1884 and reconstructed in 1999.
International trains from western countries end here or make a loner stop, before
they go farther to the East.

Déli
pu. (Southern Railway Station)-
is where all the trains come from Lake Balaton. This s also the last
station of the metro line 2, that may take you to the Blaha Lujza
tér Square, where this apartment is located.
 Madách
Szinház (Theater) -is located one tramway station away with
the lines 4 or 6 on the ringroad.
Nyugati
(picture left) is the Western Railway Station,
located three tramway stations away.
Western
City Center
is the name of the largest Shopping Mall in continental Europe, this is
located at the Western Railway Station.
Comedy
Theatre (Vígszinház - picture rights) - is located four tramway stations away,
very closed to the river Danube.
