old brick building, closed (less than 100 meters) to "Oktogon
tér"
Square. The apartment is very quiet, because the windows are opening to
the inner courtyard. Situated on one of the longest shopping streets in
Budapest, on the long boulevard ringroad, this apartment has best
traffic connections to many of the city's most visited tourist
destinations.
Apartment is
located on the opposit side of the Boulevard, two more guests may sleep
over there.
Location: less
than 100 meters behind the
Oktogon tér Square with metro station and the picture of our
house left was taken from the streetcar station. Many
larger and smaller shops are located in
this area, even downstairs in the house. See more about the
neighbouring area below. |

The
metro line N°1 under Andrássy Boulevard is crossing
here tramway and bus lines on the
large
Teréz Boulevard in the heart of the City. Only
three metro stations away is
"Deák tér" Square, the main junction of the
city's three metro lines.
The fourth metro station is the vibrant Vörösmarty
tér Square, where
the beautiful pedestrian street called Váci utca begins,
where you will
find many smaller and larger cafés, fashion and folklore
shops
and
restaurants. The new five star walkway "Deák utca" street is
where beter known designer have their luxury cloth shops, just around
the newest five star hotel Kempinsky.

Colonial style and
modern furniture are making the living room comfortable. There
ist a 9 sqm (30sq ft) gallery over the living room
with a large double bed on it.
The
Apartment is
very quiet, because the windows look to the inner courtyard. The two
rooms are connected, but they may be entered separately.

There
are two single beds in
the smaller room and the dining table is right behind the door from the
kitchen.

 you
ought to
pull a parking ticket in this area from 8 AM till 6 PM. There
are some guarded parking lots
nearby and a parking house about 150 meters from this house on the
opposit side of the Teréz kőrút.

   Public
transportation: Metro station of the yellow
line (N° 1) is about 200 meters away at "Oktogon
tér" Square. Here you
can take some bus lines too. Tramway N° 4 and 6 stop in front
of the
building on the ringroad, and the bus number 4 stops nearby.
Two night bus lines have a stop in front of the building.

Clear
up, if the desired apartment is free for your
journey.
To do
this, send us
the inquiry. Please send as many data about your trip as
possible. We will
answer as soon as possible, definitely not later than within
24
hours. If free, we will send you the quota for reservation, that you
may also calculate on the basis of our price table. If the apartment is
not free,
we will try to send you an alternative offer, referring to your data information. Sometimes it may be useful to
know the reason of your journey. By sending you the quota, you will be asked
for a 15% down payment within a short time. This
down payment is necessary for your landlords
security. |
| STEP 2 |
You fix the reservation by making a 15% pay down money transfer.
After we recognised your reservation, we will send you the
voucher with
all the data you need to go to the apartment and receive the keys.
- By
receiving the keys, you pay the rest of your rental and 100
euro deposit, that will be given back in return for the keys, when you
finally leave the apartment. |

do not keep personal data and never give it to third. Your personal
data will be deleted after your journey is over. |

| Our Airport Transfer Service
may take you from
the airport lobby to your holiday apartment at a fixed price
of 24,- euro - on demand. This
is the price for up to 3
people in
one direction. If required, you will be picked up in the
airport terminal lobby. For this service we will have to
obtain information
about your flight N° and
landing time. These
informations are required, because Budapest has two different
airports
in 5 km distance of one another. The drive to your apartment in the
Center ofBudapest may take
at least 30 minutes, depending on traffic situation. |
We offer the Budapest
Card to the
official prices and may
validate it for your Budapest stay on
demand, when you arrive to the apartment. The
Budapest
Card is valid for one adult and an accompanying child (up to 14). With
this card you are permitted to use public transportation (metro,
suburban railway, bus and street car) and you also may
get reduced
prices in museums, hot spas, cerain restaurants, coffee houses
and better stores.

The neighboring area
|
 You
find here probably the best accomodation and best supply in
this
part of the City. Some grocery stores with 24/7 opening hours are in
the closer area, one of them in the basement of this house.
Elegant and fast food restaurants, speciality shops are in increased
abundancy in the neighbouring houses on the main Boulevard Road in
front of the house. You find a lot of amusement localities in
the
street behind the house and only two short
corner away
from the house, just across the Andrássy Boulevard
Road.
Only three short corner away is located the Market Hall with
a Market Place at Hunyadi tér Square.

  The Operetta Theatre
(left picture) - it only takes
a short walk from this apartment to get to the operetta house.
The Opera House (right
picture) - is just a short corner farther than the Operette Theatre, it
is just one short metro station away from this partment.

  Only
two metro stations away in the opposite direction is "Hősők tere"
Heroes´ Square - one
of the most popular turist places in Budapest. Here you will see the
statues of Hungarian rulers placed in semicircle around a high monument
and the Museum of Fine
Arts (rights).
The Millennium Monument at
Heroe´s
Square was built in 1896 to commemorate Hungary´s millennium
celebration of the Hungarian conquest. The statues of the monument
depict the great figures of Hungarian history, monarches, rulers and in
front of all is the grave of the unknown soldier.

 The famous culinary
restaurant Gundel and the Széchenyi
Hot Spa (or best of Budapest) are located opposit each other behind the
Heroe´s Square,  only a short metro station behing
Heroe´s monument. In its medical department you may get ample
treatment. Just opposit to "Széchenyi" are
Budapest Zoo, the whole year open Budapest Fair and
the State Circus located.
Castle "Vajdahunyad
Vár" is located behind the Heroe´s Monument, at
the same metro station,
like "Széchenyi" hot spa. The Agricultural museum with a
hunting
exhibition in this castle is a must-do visit for passionated and
scientific interested hunters too.

  Down
the
ringroad, towards the Margareth bridge you can take trams N°4
or 6 to
the "Nyugati", the
Western Railway Station, one of
the latest and largest shopping and amusement centre in Europe
- the Westend City Center.
You
may walk there in about 10 minutes.
