Budapest Holiday Apartment BP-24

60 sqm (646 sq ft) large 2 room apartment, up to 4 guests in an old brick building, less than 100 meters away from "Oktogon tér" Square.

Apartment is located on the opposit side of the Boulevard, two more guests may sleep over there.

Location: Great location in the heart of Budapest, the most crowded area of the large Ringroad, the Teréz körút in the 6th district. The house is less than 100 meters from the Octogon tér Square right at the tram stop. Metro and tram lines, several bus lines, shops, restaurants, Internet cafe are nearby. The supply is perfect with some 24 hours open grocery stores. Out of the house walked one in the popular boulevard "Teréz körút" directly into the crowd. Behind the house you find Jókai utca, Jókai Square and Liszt Ferenc tér Square. The last one is two short corner, less than 100 meters away from the house, it is full of restaurants, similar to the Via Veneto of Rome.

Colonial style and modern furniture are making the living room comfortable. There ist a 9 sqm (30sq ft) gallery over the high living room with a large double bed on it. - The Apartment is very quiet, because the windows look to the inner courtyard. The two rooms are connected, but they may be entered separately.

Kitchen: built in, fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The washing machine is in the kitchen.

The dining table is right behind kitchens rear door.

Bathroom: completely renovated in 2007 with new bath tube, bathroom sink, toilet.

Further supplements: iron, broom, vacuum cleaner.

parking you ought to pull a parking ticket in this area from 8 AM till 6 PM. There are some guarded parking lots nearby and a parking house about 150 meters from this house on the opposit side of the Teréz körút.

Underground Railway - METRO Tramway City Bus Public tra nsportation: Metro station of the yellow line (N° 1) is about 200 meters away at "Oktogon tér" Square. Here you can take some bus lines too. Tramway N° 4 and 6 stop in front of the building on the ringroad, and the bus number 4 stops nearby. Two night bus lines stop in front of the building.

These prices include bed linen, towels, all supplements and cleaning after your stay.
**The monthly payments include all taxes & supplements (electical power, gas, heating & hydro), bed linen and towel changes, further cleaning every 10 days, room cleaning before and after your stay. More cleaning, changing towel & bed linen may be arranged for 20,- euro each time.
Payments: 15% for reservation & owners safety before booking, rest payment in the apartment for receiving the apartment key.
Deposit: 100,- Euro deposit for taking precautions against damages in the apartment. This will be usually paid back fully, if there is no havary untill the guests leave the apartment. This caution deposit is nessessery, to ensure you won´t take the keys with, after living the apartment.

Because we are in Budapest, you can ask and tell us more about your yourney.	We check your inquiry and see if the desired apartment is free for the time of your desired journey. If free, we will send you the quota. If not free, we will try to send you a quota for an alternative apartment, referring to your data information. To do so, it is useful to know as many as possible from the reason of your journey.	You fix the reservation by making a pay down by money transfer. After we recognised your pay down, we will send an apartment voucher with all necessary data you need to occupy the apartment and receive the keys, such as contact person, address & contact address to make your date with landlord. Your reservation fee will be fully included in the final calculation.
We do not keep personal data and never give it to third. Your personal data will be deleted after your journey is over.

Our Airport Transfer Service may take up to 3 people from the airport lobby to our holiday apartments for a pre arranged fixed price of 24,- euro in one direction. 4-11 guests could be taken to their apartment for additional 9,- euro each.

For this service we will have to obtain information about your flight N° and landing time. These informations are required, because Budapest has two different airports in 5 km distance of one another. The drive to your apartment in the Center of Budapest may take at least 30 minutes, depending on traffic situation.

We offer WiFi in this apartment for 10 Euro pro week.

The neighboring area

Metro Station
The metro line N°1 under Andrássy Boulevard is crossing here tramway and bus lines on the large Teréz Boulevard in the heart of the City. Only two metro stations away is the basilica and ond station farther is "Deák tér" Square located, the main junction of the city's three metro lines. The fourth metro station is the vibrant Vörösmarty tér Square, where the beautiful pedestrian street called Váci utca begins, where you will find many smaller and larger cafés, fashion and folklore shops and restaurants. The new five star walkway "Deák utca" street is where better known designer have their luxury cloth shops, just around the newest five star hotel Kempinsky.

You find here probably the best accomodation and best supply in this part of the City. Some grocery stores with 24/7 opening hours are in the closer area, one of them in the basement of this house. Elegant and fast food restaurants, speciality shops are in increased abundancy in the neighbouring houses on the main Boulevard Road in front of the house. You find a lot of amusement localities in the street behind the house and only two short corner away from the house, just across the Andrássy Boulevard Road. Only three short corner away is located the Market Hall with a Market Place at Hunyadi tér Square.

The Operetta Theatre The Opera The Operetta Theatre (left picture) - it only takes a short walk from this apartment to get to the operetta house.

The Opera House (right picture) - is just a short corner farther than the Operette Theatre, it is just one short metro station away from this partment.

Millennium Monument Museum of Fine Arts Only two metro stations away in the opposite direction is "Hősők tere" Heroes´ Square - one of the most popular turist places in Budapest. Here you will see the statues of Hungarian rulers placed in semicircle around a high monument and the Museum of Fine Arts (rights).

The Millennium Monument at Heroe´s Square was built in 1896 to commemorate Hungary´s millennium celebration of the Hungarian conquest. The statues of the monument depict the great figures of Hungarian history, monarches, rulers and in front of all is the grave of the unknown soldier.

Széchenyi Hot Spa The famous culinary restaurant Gundel and the Széchenyi Hot Spa (or best of Budapest) are located opposit each other behind the Heroe´s Square, Castle Vajdahunyad only a short metro station behing Heroe´s monument. In its medical department you may get ample treatment. Just opposit to "Széchenyi" are Budapest Zoo, the whole year open Budapest Fair and the State Circus located. Your walk & metro travel to Szechenyi Spa makes together less than 10 minutes.

Castle "Vajdahunyad Vár" is located behind the Heroe´s Monument, at the same metro station, like "Széchenyi" hot spa. The Agricultural museum with a hunting exhibition in this castle is a must-do visit for passionated and scientific interested hunters too.

Westend City Center downtown pedestrian walkway Váci utca Down the ringroad, towards the Margareth bridge you can take trams N°4 or 6 to the "Nyugati", the Western Railway Station, one of the latest and largest shopping and amusement centre in Europe - the Westend City Center. You may walk there in about 10 minutes.
