Location: South end of Szent István Park at the eastern riverside of the Danube, just opposit to the Margareth Island, very closed to the Margareth bridge. 1920 years style city area with commodity and also a busy area with a lot of shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

This roomy apartment is equipped with elegant colonial style furniture.

From the dining room you have a panoramic view over the river Danube, Szent István Park and the Margareth Island up to the Buda side hills.

There is a king size bed in the larger bedroom and from here you have a beautiful panoramic view over the Danube river.

There is a queen size bed in the smaller bedroom, favorable for one adult or two children.

Cable TV provides satellite channels.

Kitchen: roomy, fully equipped built in kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster etc.

The table is in a dining room neighboring the kitchen.

Bathroom: Shower and toilet - there is a second toilet in a separate room

Public transportation: The street car lines N° 4 and 6 stop at Jászai Mari tér Place at the corner of Szent István kőrút ringroad, less han 5 minutes form the house. These lines are coming over the Margareth bridge from Moszkva tér Place in Buda and go over the main ringroad to the South and they cross the river again over the Petőfi bridge to return to the Buda side. The street car N° 2 has its last northern station also at Jászai Mari tér Place and goes to the South along the eastern riverside to the new National Theatre and Music Hall. - Some bus and trolley bus lines go here in North-South directions.

your 2 steps to book an apartment & make your journey
STEP 1	Clear up, if the desired apartment is free for your journey. To do this, send us the inquiry. Please send as many data about your trip as possible. We will answer as soon as possible, definitely not later than within 24 hours. If free, we will send you the quota for reservation, that you may also calculate on the basis of our price table. If the apartment is not free, we will try to send you an alternative offer, referring to your data information. Sometimes it may be useful to know the reason of your journey. By sending you the quota, you will be asked for a 15% down payment within a short time. This down payment is necessary for your landlords security.
STEP 2	You fix the reservation by making a 15% pay down money transfer. After we recognised your reservation, we will send you the voucher with all the data you need to go to the apartment and receive the keys. - By receiving the keys, you pay the rest of your rental and 100 euro deposit, that will be given back in return for the keys, when you finally leave the apartment.
We do not keep personal data and never give it to third. Your personal data will be deleted after your journey is over.

Our Airport Transfer Service may take you from the airport lobby to your holiday apartment at a fixed price of 24,- euro - on demand. This is the price for up to 3 people in one direction. If required, you will be picked up in the airport terminal lobby. For this service we will have to obtain information about your flight N° and landing time. These informations are required, because Budapest has two different airports in 5 km distance of one another. The drive to your apartment in the Center ofBudapest may take at least 30 minutes, depending on traffic situation.

We offer the Budapest Card to the official prices and may validate it for your Budapest stay on demand, when you arrive to the apartment. The Budapest Card is valid for one adult and an accompanying child (up to 14). With this card you are permitted to use public transportation (metro, suburban railway, bus and street car) and you also may get reduced prices in museums, hot spas, cerain restaurants, coffee houses and better stores.

Sight seeing tour by street car

You may get the probably best panoramic sight seeing tour in Budapest by taking the street car N° 2 at Jászai Mari tér Place. The first stop is at parliament building. After this the street car goes along the eastern riverside providing a beautiful panoramic view over the river up to the Royal Hill with the Royal Palast, the Mathews Church and Fishermans Bastillon. After this you see the Gellert Hill with the Freedom statue on its peak. Here at the Freedom Bridge you may get out of the street car and visit the Big Market Hall, which is one of the most visiting worth places in Budapest. Here you may take your lunch time and after a refreshment you could continue your sight seeing tour with the street car down to the nem National Theatre and neighboring Music Hall.
