sqm (323 sqft) large one room studio apartment, up to 2 guests. The
brick made building has
an elevator, but you probably won´t need it to get to this
apartment on
the elevated first floor. BP-10-B
and are
neighboring apartments, together they may accomodate up to 4 guests.
Both apartments were totally reconstucted in 2006. They are very quiet,
because the window is directed to the inner courtyard.
Location: This
one room apartment is situated in the centre of Budapest on a
busy narrow street, just opposit to the Big Synagogue in the
center of downtown Budapest, only 100 meters away from one of the Citys
busiest road, the "Károly kőrút". Just 400 meters
away is the "Deák
tér" Square. This is the main junction of the citys three
metro lines,
making this apartment to the best starting point for exploring the
city. The catholic St. Stephen Cathedral is located about 400 meters
away.
There are many small shops and restaurants in the neighboring streets
and there is a small grocery store just around the first corner, with
24/7 opening houres.

Clear
up, if the desired apartment is free for your
journey.
To do
this, send us
the inquiry. Please send as many data about your trip as
possible. We will
answer as soon as possible, definitely not later than within
24
hours. If free, we will send you the quota for reservation, that you
may also calculate on the basis of our price table. If the apartment is
not free,
we will try to send you an alternative offer, referring to your data information. Sometimes it may be useful to
know the reason of your journey. By sending you the quota, you will be asked
for a 15% down payment within a short time. This
down payment is necessary for your landlords
security. |
| STEP 2 |
You fix the reservation by making a 15% pay down money transfer.
After we recognised your reservation, we will send you the
voucher with
all the data you need to go to the apartment and receive the keys.
- By
receiving the keys, you pay the rest of your rental and 100
euro deposit, that will be given back in return for the keys, when you
finally leave the apartment. |

data will be deleted after your journey is over. |

| Our Airport Transfer Service
may take you from
the airport lobby to your holiday apartment at a fixed price
of 24,- euro - on demand. This
is the price for up to 3
people in
one direction. If required, you will be picked up in the
airport terminal lobby. For this service we will have to
obtain information
about your flight N° and
landing time. These
informations are required, because Budapest has two different
airports
in 5 km distance of one another. The drive to your apartment in the
Center ofBudapest may take
at least 30 minutes, depending on traffic situation. |
We offer the Budapest
Card to the
official prices and may
validate it for your Budapest stay on
demand, when you arrive to the apartment. The
Budapest
Card is valid for one adult and an accompanying child (up to 14). With
this card you are permitted to use public transportation (metro,
suburban railway, bus and street car) and you also may
get reduced
prices in museums, hot spas, cerain restaurants, coffee houses
and better stores.

The neighboring downtown area
|
|
The Big Synagogue
(picture left) in the Center of Budapest with 3.000 sitting places is
the largest synagogue in Europe and after New York the second largest
in the world. The Jewish
Museum, Holocaust
Museum, Thora
and Talmud School are located in the vicinity.
Of course there are a lot of jewish restaurants and shops in the
neighboring area.  Mostly
they are around the "Klauzál
tér" Square, only
5 minutes walk away.
This
apartment is situated only 500 meters away from the largest church of
the hungarian capital, the catholic St.
Stephen´s Basilica (picture right), consecrated
in 1905.
The Sacred Right Arm of the first king of Hungary, Saint Stephen, is
kept in the Saint Lipot Chapel, and is traditionally carried on the
20th of August around the neighbouring streets at the head of a large
procession.

This
apartment is also close to Vörösmarty
tér Square in the heart of downtown Budapest, where
you will find a lot of fashion shops and most of all two of Budapests
fashionable cafes. The first is the Gerbeaud, where
famous Hungarian poets and writers would gather to sip coffee, discuss
politics and culture.

At Vörösmarty
tér Square begins the Váci
utca Street from the North, the famous
downtown pedestrian walkway of Budapest, with its numerous cafes, shops
and restaurants with Hungarian and International cuisine. A stone's
throw away is the Art-Cafe, which in contrast is a newly fashionable
cafe, opened after Hungarys systemic changes in the 1990es.
