the second floor in a solid, ancient apartment building
without elevator.
This house has an interieur gangway, typical for many houses in
Budapest.
Location:
6th district, closed to the metro station "Kodály
Körönd", about 5 minutes walk away from
Heroe´s Place, probably the mostly visited tourist place in
Budapest. This Metro takes you to Vörösmarty
tér Square, the center of pedestrian walking area. |

The apartment: new furniture.
There is a 140 cm wide bed in the 26 sqm living room.
Cabel TV for satellite programmes like CNN und TV5, RTL, SAT1 in the
original languages.

There is a wide bed for two guests on the 8 sqm galery. Ideal
for young people.

at the entrance, small fridge, stove, microwave oven an more.

at daylight. You ought to pull a parking ticket from the automat from 8
AM untill 6 PM.

Clear
up, if the desired apartment is free for your
journey.
To do
this, send us
the inquiry. Please send as many data about your trip as
possible. We will
answer as soon as possible, definitely not later than within
24
hours. If free, we will send you the quota for reservation, that you
may also calculate on the basis of our price table. If the apartment is
not free,
we will try to send you an alternative offer, referring to your data information. Sometimes it may be useful to
know the reason of your journey. By sending you the quota, you will be asked
for a 15% down payment within a short time. This
down payment is necessary for your landlords
security. |
| STEP 2 |
You fix the reservation by making a 15% pay down money transfer.
After we recognised your reservation, we will send you the
voucher with
all the data you need to go to the apartment and receive the keys.
- By
receiving the keys, you pay the rest of your rental and 100
euro deposit, that will be given back in return for the keys, when you
finally leave the apartment. |

do not keep personal data and never give it to third. Your personal
data will be deleted after your journey is over. |

| Our Airport Transfer Service
may take you from
the airport lobby to your holiday apartment at a fixed price
of 24,- euro - on demand. This
is the price for up to 3
people in
one direction. If required, you will be picked up in the
airport terminal lobby. For this service we will have to
obtain information
about your flight N° and
landing time. These
informations are required, because Budapest has two different
airports
in 5 km distance of one another. The drive to your apartment in the
Center ofBudapest may take
at least 30 minutes, depending on traffic situation. |
We offer the Budapest
Card to the
official prices and may
validate it for your Budapest stay on
demand, when you arrive to the apartment. The
Budapest
Card is valid for one adult and an accompanying child (up to 14). With
this card you are permitted to use public transportation (metro,
suburban railway, bus and street car) and you also may
get reduced
prices in museums, hot spas, cerain restaurants, coffee houses
and better stores.

Visiting
worth places in the neighboring area

Heroe´s Square
The Millennium Monument (picture right) at
Heroe´s Square was built in 1896 to commemorate
Hungary´s millennium celebration of the Hungarian conquest.
The statues of the monument depict the great figures of Hungarian
history,  monarches, rulers and in front of all is the
grave of the unknown soldier.
The largest exhibition hall of Hungary, the
Exhibition Hall (also called "Palace of Art" - picture left). Temporary
exhibitions in the Exhibition Hall offer a glimpse of the achivements
of contemporary Hungarian and foreign artists in fine arts, applied
arts, photography, design and the latest art trends.

Opposit to the Exhibition Hall is the Museum of Fine Arts.
The Museum of Fine Arts houses the most valuable historic collection of
works of art in Hungary. Here you can see Greek, Roman, Egyptian and
modern sculpture collections, as well as an old picture gallery and a
Spanish collection with a unique sculpture made by Leonardo da Vinci.
This is the largest collection of Spanish art outside of Spain (one of
them is on the left picture from Goya).

complex of Europe, the so called Széchenyi (picture
right).
Opposit to the hot spa is the Castle Vajdahunyad

  Other highlights behind Heroe´s
Square are the Amusement Park, the State Circus, the Budapest Zoo,
which is after London/England the second oldest Zoo and plant garden in
the world. The "Petőfi csarnok" is a popular Event Hall. The Restaurant Gundel
